Why is it that, despite the shows universal recognition, nobody can fucking replicate the style of writing in it? Every modern attempt at rebooting Tom and Jerry just boils down to nothing but cartoon slapstick and violence, when in reality there was more to Tom and Jerry’s humor than just that.
