I think it is very interesting that GME just updated their S-3ASR last Friday to include language on purchase agreements. It is also very interesting that 3 months after the CEO of GME first bought shares in 2020, GME updated their S-3ASR to include language on units. It is also very interesting that GME just released a prospectus 2 days ago when the warrants were distributed discussing both purchase agreements and units. These are interesting things that perhaps hint at some sort of corporate restructuring/M&A. I think this is a relevant topic of discussion to my GME investment.
