That's the real question. It ultimately would have to do with her being able to move on, which isn't easy when she has nowhere to go and the souls of her dead friends flipping between whether they want her to keep going or not. The first problem is somewhat fixed by making a family with her since it creates and people she connect with who haven't been dead for ages. The second requires helping her process her survivor's guilt and feelings of obligation towards her village, but idk if she can actually just let their wavelengths go easily even if she wanted to. It won't be an easy or straightforward process regardless. It might be easier to have her just deescalate and cut ties with the Fractsidus rather than completely give it up. It'd b easier to do that if she actually could cut a deal with the Black Shores where she stays on the straight and narrow while working for them to combats the lament in exchange access to their resources within reason.

Despite disliking each other (or at least Prholova dislikes Cristoforo for being a misery porn fag and doesn't even want to be around Scar because he's just a wild animal in her eyes) they are clearly capable planners. In both Huanglong and Jinzhou they've managed to get pretty much everything they wanted despite Rover averting whatever crisis they've set up because it's more like a test they're having him/his companions run them run and regardless of the outcome they'll have learned something valuable about the Threnodians/Sentinals. Heck, they they literally set Rover up to interfere with their scheme with Lupa/Mya. It probably does help that from what we've seen a single one is essentially a walking disaster and they don't actually have a problem working together.

It will also be interesting that having a 3 set will technically allow you to run non set echoes as her primary (at the cost of nightmare hecate 12% havoc dmg and 20% echo dmg). But It would allow you to run in theory a healing echo or a grouping echo. I hope people use this feature and kuro listens and make all sets 3 sets so we can finally play with echoes.
