Really? I would think Utah wouldn't have a lot of folks down with eating goat. Here it's a of lamb since there's a ton of Mediterranean and Halal restaurants. We did have a Korean place that sold beondegi, which are silkworm pupae boiled in soy sauce. I never got an opportunity to try them since the place has since shut down, but I would have liked to. The Chinese BBQ that I go to used to sell Pig ovaries, I would also have liked to try those, but those were crazy expensive.
