For a Western white collar professional you can expect $50+ per hour at the minimum, it can go a lot higher if they're in demand. That's just what living in the West costs if you do your own healthcare and insurance. Eastern Europe can be around 30~ and third world goes lower.
Get someone new or panicking about AI and it'll be cheaper.
