I had another shitty weekend. Averaging 3 sometimes 2 hours of sleep per night while working an intensive blue collar job where we're also working 10 hour shifts is just ripping me to shreds.

I still haven't heard back regarding my sleep study and I have just been getting my ass kicked by untreated ADHD and Depression for months now. I also haven't had any luck with getting in with a psychologist either.

It's getting so bad that I legit no longer feel like I have the mental capacity to live on my own anymore. I didn't do any food prep or even grocery shopping this whole weekend and the only thing that I just barely had enough energy to do was to go out and get the laundry done.
