I just started it myself to see what's all the fuss about.
Probably the Rei/Tougo tokutens, yeah. I think overall most popular boys are Tougo, Rei, Haruma and Noa. Leaning towards Haruma because I have a weakness for onii-chans/ani acts and his asshole VA.
I don't know about Madoka but his VA is extremely popular (Tachibana Shinnosuke) here.
