I just hate the format, really.
>low team sizes (individual players matter more)
>locked into a match, can't leave/join as you please
>abilities, xp, items, some form of snowballing
>overall result is winning the match is more important than having fun
It applies to mobas and also hero shooter shit like overwatch, paladins, marvel rivals, etc. I can't get behind these games, and they all without fail devolve into the exact same metafaggotry. Doesn't matter what characters they have, what balance changes they do, the format is flawed. Creates a dopamine hook where you can only have fun when you win a match, these types of games don't know how to make it fun to be on the losing team. All I hear from people who play these games is their win streak, how X player threw the match they were in, whatever. Unsurprisingly it also makes the playerbase for these games really mad
