actually those anonymous "men" are people who have been using shondo for years and she knows she has to fold to them or else she will face the reality that they were never going to stay with her and were never supposed to be with her forever or even an extended period of time
and she doesn't have enough support from anyone in her life to be able to deal with facing this reality so until something changes it does matter, actually
genuinely at this point it either has to blow up bad enough in her face (literally fleece wasn't even enough though lol) or someone needs to reach out to her because she refuses to do it herself
it's tragic that the barbies aren't aware of this, genuinely, they see the problems she has they just don't realize how bad it is and what the cause of it is and at this point i'm not sure if she is ever going to get better unless she gets tons of support from them because she can't trust anyone else (thankfully she learned that lesson already without too much trouble)
