Holy fuck, I can't believe the game made me go do Zani's companion quest just to make progress in this one.
If they wanted me to do Zani's quest first, they should have warned me BEFORE starting the quest that I needed Zani's quest completed, instead of cockblocking me halfway through this quest, forcing me to start another quest and then making me go back here again.
