These are the 36 illusions that make you human. You create the sound in your head through your ears; you don't see yourself in the mirror, but only with one part of your body, your eyes; you can only see your body through the light, but that all happens in your head.
Everything always takes place in the brain. We have consciousness and are aware of it. But a stone has no consciousness; it only becomes a conscious stone in our brains, when we name it, give it a shape, a weight, etc. That's why we can all determine that this is a stone when we compare it.
I think that since everything is always waves anyway, we should also be able to shapeshift by reducing the 36 illusions or learning to control them better, so that we temporarily lose density and therefore cannot, for example, bump into each other because we shapeshift through the edge of the table.
