there was a mod for Fallout 4, not sure what it was called. Underground Homes or something, I don't know. They were all underground settlements for you only, but I personally loved using it and ended up having my favourite playthroughs for it. Just some dood going out, dealing with ghouls as they were replaced by a mod, and coming home with loot to sort through. With the comfy winter season overhaul, the survival mod so food and hunger was an actual problem. I would make these run-down structures to 'hide' my base, but I think I limited myself to only four per playthrough. every other settlement I could only plop down a campfire or a bedroll if it was off the ground. I think it was my sixth character who finally reached got all bobbleheads, with the use of another mod, and she was probably the most memorable because my hubris almost got me killed so many times.
