They already had time to see this wouldn't work, marvel season in ch5 did poorly until they went back to fortnite original content, it did even worse than Wrecked, which itself did badly because of marvel shit. Then they made the decision to do a simpsons mini season a year in advance even though anyone who isn't clinically lobotomized could tell you that was a bad idea.

Star wars mini was a miscalculation even though they should've seen it coming from marvel, but to go full steam ahead with no plans to pivot at all? That's completely shortsighted and assenine. They have teh resources and manpower to pivot months ahead of time and that's how we even got OG but now they can't do it to avoid a potential game ending season? It's almost comical how poorly they plan.
