Like let's be honest with ourselves Goat Man fans, he has no personality beyond "dumb, may serve Beast Man rather than Skeletor directly" and his design is Galaxy Warriors tier, not a unique toyetic body like most characters from the later half of vintage MotU.
Give him a child apprentice like a member of the medieval warrior class and suddenly there's some characterization meat to work with.
