People want to exclusively blame streaming but a decline in quality of the cartoons they were making im positive also contributed to their decline. Disney channel was the last one to have decent cartoons before they cancelled them all for more povenmire schlock. Cartoon network has been doubling down on soft toothless inoffensive shit since 2018 and been trying to infantilize its content since then and it basically killed them as a result
