What an absolute disaster

First I splurge on peanuts because I was feeling woozy after my workout and thought I might be going low blood sugar or something and I panicked and peanuts were right there , only to learn that that was like That was like 500 calories. Duck next time ill just have a piece of toast

Then my parents went out and bought me ice cream without asking and I ate that, no idea what it was in actuality but I just assumed 500 calories

Then I randomly got hit with huge midnight snack cravings and had some of these biscuit things and a glass of milk. Another 500

I hope to God the expenditure on this app is accurate, though I've been operating on the basis that it isnt

My 1300 calorie day just got turned onto 3000
