I think it's an easily more interesting game than Three Hopes, and I think that's also a very fun Musou to play, but it reeks of missed potential compared to the likes of a Hyrule Warriors. The biggest knocks are the repeating movesets, only three games being represented in the story, and the story sucks with some poor OC characters not even good enough to make it into Heroes. Conversely, its triangle weapon system integration is fantastic, the character models are all good, of the characters they *did* include, they all service their fans well with their gameplay, cutscenes, and dialogue, and its soundtrack's fantastic. I liked playing it as a good wind-down game when I got tired of four Manhandla on the screen in HW, but the game would've done a lot better if they had you play as like Owain, Inigo, and Severa, and pulled some more time travel shit across all the games with them acting like junior timecops, as a followup to their Awakening-to-Fates shtick or something.
