Call me picky but when it comes to these robots. The only design I can really see as sexy aside from most of the fembots. Is Knockout and he was specifically designed with that idea in mind. Don't get me wrong, I like big buff men but I haven't seen it translated to my liking in regards to Transformers design principles.
