This means that Commander doesn't use sideboards because it uses the non-tournament rules for wish cards, which is to say, you can wish for any card in your collection.

Whenever YuGiOh erratas a card, they reprint it with the new text and print it into the ground to ensure there's more correct copies than incorrect ones in circulation.
WotC, meanwhile, won't even reprint Companions with correct reminder text because they're afraid it would devalue Vintage staple Lurrus.
