just keep in mind that hyaluronic acid is extremely overrated. it provides some additional temporary hydration which has no long term effect. some people notice their skin is more "plump" or "filled" after use but thats probably because they dehydrated.
also if you use too much of it and/or live in arid or dry climate/house, it can actually dry out your skin - many such cases all around internets where people start understanding its not that great. i imagine it must be super cheap to formulate and use in skincare products. then just slap that name on the package and sales will come in easily. people buy HA products because it is mentioned everywhere, so they want one too (which is an interesting psychological aspect of marketing).
however, low molecular HA seems to have long term effects, but i have not seen much clinical data on it. another advantage is that it helps other ingredients to penetrate skin.
with that in mind
>hyaluronic acid face foam
wouldnt care much as its gone from your face within next minute. dont think it can absorb during that time but i might be wrong
>toner with 7 different molecular weighted hyaluronic acid
>ultra-low molecular hyaluronic acid serum
if you really want a dedicated product with HA, choose one of these. ask chatgpt which one is better based on inci list. personally i would skip both. i had a "7 low molecular level HA sunscreen" and it just dried the fuck out of me even when applying a heavier moisturizer beforehand
>moisturizer with hyaluronic acid
really depends about concentration (which you see rarely on the package) and/or line of products (does it say super water splash juice bomb extreme hydration?). i think majority of moisturizers have some form of hyaluronic and you cant avoid it. my cerave body lotion has it too; it does not dry me out so dont really care
>0.3% retinol cream at night, which also has hyaluronic acid in it
probably to help with absorption of other ingredients
