take a look at the following book, it's an introductory undergraduate-level text on abstract algebra
admittedly I have only read his other one but I trust the guy, his other book is amazing and I took a brief look at this one and it looked good too:
Algebra: Notes From The Underground, Paolo Aluffi

If it feels too verbose and wordy then check out his grad-level one, that one is amazing but presumes more familiarity with pure math and proofs:
