Entire entry and mid-level spreadsheet jobs can be automated. I did it before the advent of AI with procedural code alone, but there should be even more possibilities now.
And I don't mean companies automating away spreadsheet jobs. I mean (You) getting a spreadsheet job, then automating it to where you don't have to do anything except collect a salary. You could get multiple jobs and automate them to make a bunch of money. Or just do one so that you can live while essentially not having to work. I did this and it was incredible for quality-of-life.
You might think companies are already doing this, but the vast majority of companies don't have the technical personnel to automate jobs with scripts, let alone AI. There are still a ton of spreadsheet jobs out there because 99% of companies aren't FAGMAN tier.
