I'm 19. Want to know why I don't buy video games?

>NuVidya is legit fucking awful. Everything blows
>There's 35 years of absolute fucking kino vidya to sift through and most of it can be played on my phone and fed onto the downstairs TV via USB-C with a bluetooth controller
>Multiplayer games are not fun, haven't been for a long time
>Sick of being advertised to
>Sick of political messaging
>Sick of everything being so fucking expensive when I don't earn jack
>Sick of gatcha
>Sick of blatantly obvious addiction mechanics like login bonuses and streak chests
>Nobody to play with

I could go on, but the modern video game landscape is a fucking nightmare, why would I do any of that? Wanna know what I'm playing on the sick 8k 65 inch TV downstairs?
