anyone have thoughts on the PvE adjustments? interesting picto nerf, I'm wondering if this is going to push BLM on top at the higher end

also I am still looking for 2 more people to do the EX full blind immediately when the server comes up, either healer and some kind of ranged player (currently have a flexible caster but we can roll double, so any caster/phys)
aiming to be doing the ex in around an hour or less
