Is it strange to be hooked on buying model kits of a show I don't even really like that much? I've started buying up all the kits from the show Girl Gun Lady. I tried watching the show, it was just okay. It wasn't bad by any stretch but it just didn't hook me. But for some reason I'm in love with the kits they released with this show, both the guns and the girlpla kits. I've got all four of the team pistols though I haven't even started building yet, I'm only missing the pink assault rifle, the under barrel grenade launcher, and a few of the girlpa. At a glance, it's weird that this show wasn't a hit, because it seems like they threw everything Japanese audiences like into a blender. Cute schoolgirls building model kits of guns, that then become real guns once built, and they have to team up with living model kit girls that can shift between human form and plastic model and even combine with the guns, and they all have to fight to the death Battle Royale style. And the kits are show accurate in scale, 1:1! I really would have liked to have seen more weapons in this show's style.
