Lunatic Moonlight Fantasy is a PM-only doujin event organized by fans. They have been doing these for years. The advertised iteration will takes place on Feb 15 of the next year. Circles will start applying in September until October of this year. It is an in-person only event. It will be held in Tokyo Stationery Kyowa Hall, Asakusabashi, Tokyo.
