I've been saying this for years, keyboard + mouse users dramatically overstate how good their hardware is just to cover for their blatant cheating.
You can't tell me something like this is done by a human. There's a reason why it's been reported that at least a third of all players in modern fps games are using some kind of cheat. It's not possible to move your body like that.

It's high time people are catching on that this isn't humanly possible hand movement.
