Whisper being a normie who fights with tech is what makes her abilities fun. It's also appropriate since she's a Metal Gear character transposed into Sonic the Hedgehog. Of course she doesn't have superpowers. Only one of the characters she's based on has that.

Also, I'm personally fucking sick of Sonic characters having random unexplained superpowers. Reeks of snowflake shit.
