Flew 2 practice flights with the citation x today and I'm kinda getting the hang of the FMS now. It's very different to the king air c90b which has the Garmin G530 in x-plane. I guess the FMS is better because it calculates all sorts of neat stuff like V-speeds, fuels and so on, but this is definitely a big step up from a "GA"-kinda plane. I'm messing up things all the time, like last time I was doing an approach I didn't notice ATC gave me a STAR until it was almost too late so I entered the STAR altitude and course very very late, definitely way more variables to track while flying it compared to the king air. Very fun learning this though, I must admit.
