Pretty much same here. I'm old, too. I don't recognize the D party anymore but I DO recognize the values I support with Trump, and so that's who I voted. I'm excited to continue voting for Trump and those who genuinely toe his line. I think a Vance/Rubio would be a pretty incredible ticket in '28. I know several life-long D-voters (one who's in his early 70's, one who's 85(!)) who all eventually realized that Trump represented their values while D's have gone off the deep end.
