Also the cross stations are practiced through reading them with the Third eye; metaphysical instructions for stuff like Body upgrades (upgrading your nervous system for example).
Makes you permanently "higher metaphysical stats" (ie just like having high stats in a video game or dnd; "harder to hit; harder to harm etc"). pesha for example has Stealth related stats; makes you just "passively harder to notice by enemies".
