I mentioned that I met her last summer so she knows it's me who made this post. She last messaged me relatively recently after a period of ghosting. She has pretty serious anxiety and avoidant tendencies so I assume she's ghosting me again because I didn't reply to her message immediately and now she's probably struggling to check her messages since she's likely anxious about how I responded.

When something like this happens to me it helps if I find out everything is ok some other way. I'm hoping she sees this and realizes there's nothing to be worried about.

I'm hoping she randomly sees this when browsing 4chan although I don't think she goes on here that often so this might not work.

I get what you mean but what else can I do? From personal experience with anxiety, the best way to deal with an anxious avoidant person is to have them forcefully or accidentally find out everything is ok.

For example, I wasn't able to check my uni grades for months, it was getting to the point that I was seriously sabotaging myself because I couldn't even enrol in summer classes since doing so could potentially cause me to see my unofficial transcript. The only way I was able to was when this uni app I had sent me notifications with my exam grades and I accidentally viewed the notifications.

My anxiety and avoidant tendencies tends to be mostly uni related but I still have an idea of how she thinks.
