Hello! I’m a 19 year old cis female and I’m looking for a very particular arrangement.

I’ve been struggling with depression which has started affecting my academic performance. Unable to afford therapy or meds, the only way I can figure out how to hot-wire my brain is interacting with some sort of an accountability buddy who can check in on me with reminders or encouragement to stay on track, nothing excessive or demanding. (Alarms don’t work for me.)
