Thank you! My hair is the only part of me I legitimately feel proud of and the only thing I take time out of my day to regularly care for it, so it feels nice when people recognize my effort.
Here's my not-so-exclusive simple routine:
Combing 3 times a day at least
Wash once every 5 days.
Use warm water to start off, in order to remove grime and oil. Apply protein shampoo and rinse for 3 mimutes. Wash it all away with lukewarm-cool water. Apply Conditioner and rub for 2-4 minutes (Don't apply too much to the head area, only the strands) Rinse with Ice COLD water for a bit longer.
Airdry for no longer than 20 minutes. Intentionally leave it 70% of it moist
Drink mint tea at least once a day (not much gained from this, still worth)
I recommend you experiment with various products and types of shampoos to see which works best for your type of hair - as I don't often change my current routine.
Optional steps: Apply caffeine gels on scalp and drink tons of coffee for a strong and flourishing hair. If you want a brighter hair, try sun gazing, although rays and warmth can damage and weaken hair and scalps.
Very basic and budget-friendly steps overall.
