I am not particularly inclined to talk to you personally, but might as well go on something tangential to the thread topic for any anons that may read this:
I was a breathing disaster during my early twenties, effectively NEETing it up for years while nolifing videogames but eventually snapped and began the slow process of getting my shit together. Around 28 years old I met with some acquaintances from my High School and began seeing them often, which derived in grabbing another classmate still in the area and we did semi-regular mettings for food or board games. It ramped up, gathering more and more people, and despite minor drama two years later the group has grown, entered contact with others and now there's a fairly large local nerd network.
Try. Life will surprise you if you keep trying long enough.
