You're right it's not ideal. It's like that mostly for performance reasons. When I first made the app, I meant for all filters to be two-way but I tried it and it was too slow. One way to make that technical limitation less of a problem is to incorporate religion etc into the match percentage and give that stuff more weight. Currently I'd say match percentages are most accurate when they're over 90%. I don't like match quality from around 79% and down. Improving the algo's been on my to-do list for a long time
