Every player that has played under pep guardiola has taken performance enhancing drugs.

Spanish authorities’ investigations uncovered a shockingly wide doping network around Eufemiano Fuentes. The evidence implicated most of Europe’s leading cyclists, but people weren’t overly shocked at the confirmation of something that most suspected anyway. The most compelling evidence produced by Operacion Puerto suggested that it wasn’t just cyclists but footballers who were “treated” by Fuentes. This was of course around the time when Spanish teams and athletes had started to dominate their respective fields. Fuentes has admitted in the past he worked with Guardiola. He is also alleged to have said “If I would talk, the Spanish football team would be stripped of the 2010 World Cup”

With the nandrolone (an anabolic steroid) scandals of the early 2000s, where multiple bans were handed down to Guardiola. Guardiola was playing at Brescia at the time, where his club doctor was Ramon Segura – the same Segura who worked for Pep during his highly successful spell managing Barcelona.

3 doctors who worked with Lance Armstrong’s US Postal cycling team received lifetime bans from sport for providing athletes with EPO, blood transfusions andmasking agents. One of cycling’s most famous ‘doping doctors’, Luis del Moral is also working with Guardiola under the guise of “medical advisor”. FC Barcelona haven’t made a statement on del Moral’s ban, which prohibits him from working in any sport which has signed up to the WADA code of conduct. It would be interesting to hear why they employed del Moral and what his specific role was within the team.

How so? What's the difference. They are both oil clubs, they are both owned by Arab state sheikhs, they were both pretty average performing clubs before oil money, they both spend half a bil every year on transfer market. In fact, one can say City had way more history and recognition than PSG before the arab money arrived.

Not sure what point you're trying to prove by pointing out that PSG won stuff 15 years after it's formation when it had it's first takeover by rich guys who pumped money into the club.

"Soul" arguments aren't just about winning. PSG are a confection, they exist because the people with money in french football wanted a good paris side.

I'm not sure what the current landscape of Manchester is like now but back in the day City was known as the "people's club" in Manchester (back when they were in the mud for several years) who had way more local fans than the then more successful United which was the foreign money plastic club. Things might have changed in the meantime though.

one aspect no one is mentioning is that PSG has really suffered in the last decade.
The Remontada they suffered against barca is legendary, the one against Man U less so, and then you have the one against Real. PSG was a joke for years with their 3 overpayed divas who almost never backtracked in defence.

City post take-over is a club that has yet to suffer nearly as much as PSG has. This makes City much more dislikable. Serial winner of my a$$

and that was even before the club became a Qatari toy project
