Liverpool, then Bayern, then whichever Italian team you think is the best overall.

Bayern has an argument over Liverpool, but the Premier's strength kind of skews toward having an English team over a German one.

No other club should be as relevant as they are in /sp/ and around the world given how awful they have been
Barca will pass them if they still are irrelevant in 3/4 years

What has Milan achieved in the last 15 years? I agree they were impressive before that, but we must be reaching a point of no return here. And even then: they aren’t even Italian record champion, not even second. Same goes for Italian cups. The biggest Italian derby - called Derby d’Italia - is Juve vs. Inter
Milan cannot be bigger than Bayern and Liverpool

Count the big cups. When Liverpool or Bayern win one more they’ll be ahead. Domestic is only a tie breaker - otherwise Celtic would be a big dog
Milan have at least two all time iconic teams, the Gullit/Van Basten/Rijkard era , the Kaka/Seedorf/Shev era, plus two of the most iconic finals - Istanbul and the 4-0 against muh dream team.
Liverpool went years without winning anything as well

They will need to save themselves. The fans are currently keeping them afloat, doing actually good work would help a lot ... unfortunately, their traditionally great academy has lost its edge in recent years, and good managers are wary of going to Schalke now. If they get lucky now and then put in the necessary work, they might be a midtable Bundesliga club again in 5 years
I don't think they will get relegated to the 3rd tier. But that's closer than promotion right now

To be honest depending on what your criteria for "big club" is it could be bayern, liverpool, Man U, Ac Milan or Barca.

If you favor popularity and recent success then Barca is the second, if you favor European success then it's Milan, if you favor Domestic league strength then it's between liverpool or Man U and if you favor a mix of all of them it's bayern.
