The only way someone can be rich - other MUST be poor. So, he can buy 40 000 hours(house, car, food, all of which took 400 people working 100 hours each, to grow/produce/transport that product/service) of someone's else labor in exchange of his 400 hours(2.5 months of "work". But their work is mostly paper signings and restaurant meetings, not actual labor or service)
