It’s over for the rest of Brazil.
This CWC it’s paying millions of Dollars to the Brazilian clubs.
The rest won’t be able to compete
Brazil will become Spain or Germany like in the upcoming years

See the figures for last year. There is still plenty of money left from Brasileirão, Libertadores, Sudamericana and especially Copa do Brasil this year. Atlético-MG won almost twice as much as Palmeiras in prizes, Corinthians won almost as much as Palmeiras too. Yet both Atlético-MG and Corinthians are still absolute shit. In fact, despite winning more than twice as much in prizes as Fluminense did, Atlético-MG still made less money than them last year.
Club budgets are much more complicated than prizes. It goes from ticket and merch sales, to broadcasting rights, to sponsorship deals, to membership fees, to a whole range of other things. Flamengo are extremely profitable with or without the CWC, Botafogo have Textor's money either way, Palmeiras too has very stable and robust sources of revenue. Fluminense is the only club that benefits significantly from this.
Even then, there is nothing stopping Corinthians, Cruzeiro or even São Paulo from becoming financially competitive with these four aside from blatant mismanagement and corruption.

Why have atletico lost about 90% of their income in a year?

That's just prize money. They were runner-ups of the Copa Libertadores and the Copa do Brasil, two competitions that pay handsomely. It's still the middle of the season here so the only prize they've won so far was for qualifying to the next stages of the Copa do Brasil and the Copa Sudamericana. None of the clubs have received their Brasileirão prizes yet, and the cups still have many rounds to go.
OP's image is premature because most prizes haven't even been distributed yet. So ofc the CWC clubs will have a massively greater revenue so far.

Also, CWC prizes will be subject to taxation (kek) and Trump keeps 30% of the money the Brazilian teams earn. And that's just federal taxes.

Oh its a silly graph then.
Still, all things being equal Flamengo have basically doubled their income as it is. The 4 in the cwc will be the 4 highest earners, almost certainly by a distance from the looks of it.

Last year's total incomes. If Flamengo received all that money tax-free, it'd be roughly a 15% increase from the last season considering they repeated their results in the other tournaments and their income from other sources. It's certainly a financial boost, but nothing game-breaking. Same for Palmeiras.
Botafogo is missing because their (((American))) owner probably didn't make the information publicly available.
