I grew up idolizing athletes and when the Plandemic hit 99% of athletes completely folded and only a handful of those multimillionaires stood up against the machine.

Take MLB for example. Some rich guy buys the dodgers. Spends a fuck ton of money and defers Ohtani's contract 30 years. VOILA world champions. Because that's basically their job description - to just be a single recognizable face for everyone to focus all their hatred at for the things they don't like about the sport and the decisions the owners make (the actual people in charge)
