Use goal difference instead of points. The match ends early if a team goes up by 3 goals. There you go, I solved it. Now a large winnis actually worth more (as it should be) than a 1 goal win, but the major teams can't statpad by more than 3 goals against shitters. Also it encourages attacking football and eliminates semen slurpage.
