I've now spent a few days with the varia. I wouldn't call it a must have, but it is quite nice when you're on like small rural roads with little traffic and you sort of relax, you get a nice little notification when a car is coming up from behind. Previously I'd sometimes be a little shocked when suddenly a car zooms past me after not having seen one for a while. It also means you have to check over your shoulder less while riding. That's a lot of caffeine and doses look low on some of those. Natural pre work out are expensive but moderate doses of ginseng, natural caffeine at 40mg and a few other substances like black pepper. Guarna extract I think was the best, mixed with certain amino acids, ginseng, black pepper etc gave a really strong highly focused state and wasn't jittery.

I don't think they make it anymore but those are things to look out for you don't want to be jittering away, that's where the ginseng and amino acids help and guarna I don't think has the chemicals in coffee which fuck you up and raises blood pressure.

All cyclists should use cameras and collectively report misconduct which will change the culture.
