Also, only in a few places is it common to eat pizza with ketchup, I've never seen anyone pass mayonnaise tho.

You usually have Tabasco sauce to add to pizza in restaurants here in Japan.
I assumed it was the same in Mexico (since that's where the sauce is from after all), so I was surprised when I went there and they added Worcestershire sauce or ketchup instead.

99% of pizzarias in Brazil are normal. The only difference is that the dough is super thin and you can't eat it with your bare hands.

What Argie Sangiovese are you referring to? Pricey Patagonia Pinot is the only Argentine red I’ve tasted that consistently comes remotely close in quality to Chianti Rufina or Classico Gran Selezione—and that’s not even mentioning the Italian varietals you get in the north and in Sicily—I’m not even sure Argentina makes the best reds in South America when Uruguay casually cranks out outstanding Tannat at a fraction of the price.

I remember staying at a friends' place in France with a few argue friends and a yank family. For dinner, we decided to contribute each with something from our cuisine.
We chipped in with some asado and salsa criolla (and other stuff I can't remember) and the yank cooked some chicken completely covered in mayonnaise. It was tasty, not gonna lie but the whole process looked to me like some of the stuff I'd seen on YouTube channels like Epic Meal Time.
I'd never seen so much mayonnaise on something before.

Ketchup on pizza is more of a Rio de Janeiro thing.
Rio de Janeiro doesn't have good pizzas (with some very expensive exceptions), so they put ketchup in order to make them better.

I'm from São Paulo and when I went there I got legitimately puzzled by the ketchup on pizza too. Had the same reaction as Italians.

Argie pizza is a brick of dough with a ton of low quality cheese on top. I have a sweet tooth so your ice cream is ok, though.

"There are various stories about its origin. Some reports say it originated in Indonesia in the 6th century.[8] Argentine historian Daniel Balmaceda considers that it might have originated in the Philippines in the 4th century.[9] Later it would have been brought from the Philippines to Spain, and finally into Latin America.[8][9] Apocryphal stories also suggest it was brought to the Americas by important historical figures like Napoleon or Argentine general Juan Manuel de Rosas.[8]"

Brazilian pizza is what the world thinks Americans do to pizza. Show anyone a Brazilian pizza with whatever crazy toppings they have and most people would assume that it was from America because of our stereotype having crazy food combos. Yet you would never find anything like that here. The weirdest toppings we have are like banana or pineapple/bacon. Not mayonnaise, heart of palms, and tuna pizza. Americans would love this shit though and am surprised Brazilian pizza never got famous here besides Brazilian communities.

Where did you get "weird" from?
Also, you don't understand. Tabasco sauce isn't an ingredient that's put on pizza by default here in Japan, it's a seasoning you find at the table at most pizza places along with stuff like grated cheese or pepper, that you can choose to put on your slice if you want. The Dutch do a similar thing with Mayo, and as I later found out, Mexicans do a similar thing with Ketchup (and to a lesser extent Worcestershire sauce).
I had thought he idea of using Tabasco sauce in pizza in that way came from Mexico, but apparently that's not the case.

It doesn't use Mexican chilies and never did. A plantation owner grew a bunch and used those to make a table sauce, which was then mass produced by a local banker. I dunno if they have to import the stuff today, but I kinda doubt it. Peppers grow pretty well in that part of the world.
