Bavarians say "Servus" or "Grüß Gott" or some shit. I won't even try spelling these greetings in actual Bavarian dialect
Either way, feel free to beat them. Losing would honestly be embarrassing, that club and team are in an overhaul phase and not what they used to be five or more years ago.
I just hope all participants end up with many injuries plaguing them the coming season. That would be a somewhat decent counterweight to the shameless money-grabbing taking place at the CWC that further ruins any remains of league balance

Everyone dunks on the German language for its harshness or what have you, but I've always found it strangely poetic, much like Russian.

That is very nice of you
I am obviously not capable of being objective here, but I always wondered about that stereotype as well. It’s not like the German language has any lack of great authors, poets, philosophers, scientists. German is a versatile language, but I suppose it‘s on us that politics of the last century have led to most depictions of German being about barking a very unrealistic military command tone with borked pronunciation in the role of the bad guys.
I agree it can sound harsh, no doubt

Plenty of people have never actually heard normal German spoken. It can sound harsh if you make it sound harsh, like in Hitler speeches or in Rammstein songs, but 99% of the time it's actually quite a soft sounding language.
