Maybe 1/200th as pretty with this one. Single touch goals can only be so pretty.

Single touch goals are the best goals. That's why Bergkamp was the sports biggest visual artists. What is it with leafs and posting the absolute worst takes imaginable?

In what world is perfectly dangling multiple people less impressive than any single touch goal. It takes way more skill to pull of longer sequences.

When well played footy is such a aesthetically pleasing sport. Most sports can barely produce highlights because there are only ugliness in it (think American Football or UFC). Others can have something here and there but after watching many games you start noticing most highlights are from very repetitive looking plays (think Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball or Ice Hockey. Its hard to tell apart points from these sports because they all look the same). Others might as well be spreadsheet simulators (think Baseball or Cricket). Only foot has real magic in it.

If only there were many players like Messi or Ronaldinho like there were in the 90s. I hate modern footy. Actually i hate sports in general.

Here’s the problem: very few teams, maybe only 4 in the entire world at the moment, are truly capable of playing beautiful football. Without them, and if we set aside the artificial sense of belonging that fans cling to to cope with the boring weekend matches they attend, football ends up being just as dull, superficial, and lacking in watchability as any other sport.

There was one Ronaldo goal in El Clasico which I feel doesn't get enough recognition which is the heel flick to himself over Pique's head

Like I feel like it's not as recognized cause his finish wasn't as clean as it could be, but the skill to get into that position was incredible.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about pls post
