seething, it was a tactical masterclass from Maresca today
they dominated those ngubus in every way possible and then some more

Chelsea's ngubus dominated PSG's ngubus, just like PSG's ngubus dominated other teams' ngubus recently.

>it was a tactical masterclass from Maresca today
This part is true.
Doesn't take away from the fact that Luis Enrique was doing exactly that to everyone else these past few months. Maresca just figured out a weak spot in his set up, the team wasn't quick or flexible enough to adapt (too much dependence on Luis Enrique for directions) and too much damage was done by half time. Chelsea was also somewhat lucky in that most of their chances materialized while none of PSG's did, the same game could have generated a more even score line very easily.

I think the tournament format is what exposed psg the most
The reason they were running circles around everyone was mostly because they compete in a farmers league that only has 18 teams
So they won their league months ago and also played 4 games less than Italian, Spanish and English teams
But the month long world cup format throws that out of the window somewhat
Sure players can still be tired from the season but the difference is much much less, so their entire gameplan came crashing down because they didn't have enormous physical supeiority compared to their opponent anymore
Which means their gameplan wasn't that good to begin with, it was masked behind lots of energy, but got exposed hard
If it hadn't been for Donnarumma's miracles or Palmer missing a sitter after 3 minutes the game could have ended 6-0 for Chelsea
PSG meanwhile had only good chance
The game was never in question, Chelsea battered them

I disagree. Chelsea was obviously in control and PSG struggled to generate spaces, and they clearly couldn't handle the very same gegenpressing they were subjecting everyone else to, but PSG still had some chances that they squandered, especially early on.
It's true that the game could have ended 6-0, but it could have also ended 2-1. I'm not saying Chelsea won by luck, they clearly outplayed PSG, but they didn't outplay them to the level of 3-0.
For example, PSG outplayed Real Madrid or Inter Miami way worse than Chelsea did today with PSG, but those games could still have ended 3-1 or even 3-2 if stars had aligned for the others.
I also think you're giving too much merit to the (lack of) tiredness. Bayern also plays in an easy league (for them) and also has fewer matches. They were still unable to outplay PSG even though they were the ones to make them struggle the most post UCL before Chelsea.
I think it's clear Maresca just completely read Luis Enrique and that Luis Enrique failed to properly prepare for his rival.

>but they didn't outplay them to the level of 3-0.
I think they did, PSG were absolutely nowhere, even the 3-0 result is generous considering the results PSG got before
As for Bayern, they lost to two late goals after Musiala's ankle got snapped
If Dembele gets injured like that instead of Musiala PSG loses the game
But I agree on the final sentence, Maresca completely outplayed Luis Enrique
