Jorgenson is still technically a GC threat which keeps things complicated. If he had the legs which he clearly didn't, he should have tried to gain another minute and kill jorgenson. He's been the anvil since the stage he first won. He's just about matched it every time even showing more strength than vingegaard but we'll see. Tomorrow is the decider for this tour. It might not be won tomorrow but we'll know the winner I think.

I suspect they'll use jorgenson to answer this question. Poogacar consistently has covered jorgenson attacks. If they try a leapfrog attack with kuss and jorgenson, if UAE leave it to the team then they might have their answer. You can't leave those two to a team chase when you have shitty Yates and no almeida.

Visma killing it on the first climb is a given. Hautacam will have to be strategic otherwise I think you're right it'll be very prone to backfire.

The crash was a result of Visma strategy to cause chaos. UAE were caught out twice because of this, that's their own error. Illness? Potentially 3 UAE riders are I'll right now, or have been during the race. Compare to visma's 1, wout.

Preparation hasa bit factor, maybe too aggressive weight stripping, maybe improper 'bubble' etc. Luck is a very convinient way of dispelling any blame. Visma have been impeccable in every sense. As people say, UAE is just movistar with 10x the budget.
