There's nothing wrong with players going to Europe since that's where the best leagues are. but that's not the case here, most African players were born and raised there, they weren't produced by the nations they play for

Can you genuinely name anyone who was born in Africa, played in African academies through at least like 16, and yet still represents a European country? And you're telling me there's enough of those guys from a single African nation to have seriously competed at a world cup?
