Honestly he have a case just for having the best run ever from a pure sport perspective.
Almost zero controversy, cleaned two divisions by fighting the best in their backyards instead of chasing money fights, whenever a man appeared to be a serious contender in his division he beat him clean.
This type of clean uncontested domination of in a single division is pretty rare in modern boxing, not even mentioning he did it in two.

Wether you think that's worth more than Mayweather basically beat entire generations through multiple division is up to you.
